Our 12-step OEM process keeps design, sampling, production, payment and delivery clearly aligned from the first quote through after-sales support.

  1. Confirm quantity & priceChoose bottles, jars, tubes or bags and confirm the order quantity and quotation.
  2. Finalize design requirementsProvide packaging artwork and print files, or work with our team on the design.
  3. Pay the 50% depositConfirm the order with the initial payment using the agreed payment method.
  4. Prepare sample materialsWe arrange formula, packaging and production materials for sample making.
  5. Produce approval samplesSamples are prepared for your review, normally within about one week.
  6. Approve & start productionAfter sample confirmation, mass production begins and normally takes 10-15 working days.
  7. Finish & warehouse goodsCompleted products are inspected, packed and stored ready for dispatch.
  8. Pay balance & shippingSettle the remaining 50% balance together with the confirmed shipping cost.
  9. Dispatch the orderGoods ship after payment by courier, air, sea or your appointed freight forwarder.
  10. Receive tracking detailsWe provide the tracking number or freight documents for your shipment.
  11. Confirm goods receivedCheck the shipment and confirm its receiving condition after delivery.
  12. After-sales supportOur team remains available for order follow-up and your next production plan.
