10 Skin Care Tips for Your Skin in Autumn

It happens every year; summer winds, cool weather slowly enters. Try to pack those shorts and summer dresses as much as you can. Pulling out the sweater and jeans feels good. Don’t forget, just because your jeans and sweater cover your skin doesn’t mean you can take a break from your skincare regimen. Proper care can mean the difference between healthy skin and dry flaky skin. Here are 10 autumn skincare tips that will keep you beautiful in the fall.

1. Reevaluate your body cleanser

In summer, fruit shower gel is a popular food, but when the dry cold weather comes in, make sure your current favorite does not dry the skin. You will want to find a soapy shower gel – free as well as moisturizing. In the fall and winter, I like to collect gels and bring out creamy shower gels.

2. Try oil-based scrub

We believe that oily scrubs are ideal for autumn and winter seasons as you get extra moisturizing essence. When it comes to oily scrubs, the choice is endless! You can find a scrub with a lot of oil swimming at the top for a stronger scrub.

3.Moisturizing every day

I can’t emphasize this; if you want to keep your skin dry, you have to moisturize your skin every day. The best time to apply the lotion is after drying in the shower or after bathing. Seals the moisture that has been absorbed into the skin.

4. Analyze your skin

As the seasons change, you may notice that your skin type will also change. This is when some oily skin may notice that the skin becomes a bit normal, or someone with normal skin may think that the skin is suddenly dry.

Look at your skin as the weather turns cold to see if you need to change your skin care and switch accordingly. If you are not sure if your skin needs a new treatment plan, try talking to a consultant at the cosmetics counter. They often ask you some simple questions to see which type of skin care you belong to.

5. Organize your skin care program

Using a mask, facial exfoliation and other extra skin care steps, it’s hard to remember the last time you peeled or took the time to make the last mask. This is a problem or an irritating, if you take the time to do a skincare routine, you won’t have to worry.

I know this sounds interesting, but if you know that it will be applied every Sunday morning, you can remove the keratin on Tuesdays and Fridays, and you don’t have to think about it anymore. Develop a schedule that suits you and stick to it. Your skin will have lasting benefits and you will see it on your face.

6. Don’t forget the sunscreen

Just because you may not be lying on the beach doesn’t mean you can forget the sunscreen for the next 6 months. Sunscreen is a daily necessity, so don’t put it aside. Use a moisturizer containing SPF 15 and reapply facial sunscreen as needed throughout the day.

7. Remember your feet

Repeat it after me, “I will not take care of my feet properly this fall and winter.” Say it and mean it. Your feet will be trapped in your boots and heal in the next few months. If you continue to take care of them and exfoliate regularly, then when your time comes, you can go back to your sandals without hesitation.

8. Investing in stratum corneum oil

One sign of cold weather is the dry cuticle. Many times, your regular hand cream is not heavy enough to handle the dry cuticle. By investing in stratum corneum oil, you can quickly deal with ruptured skin and avoid such a wide range of painful conditions during the cold months.

Simply apply oil to the stratum corneum and rub it. Do it several times a week for the best protection.

9. Abandon pastel Polish

Autumn is a good time to look at your nail polish series and see if you lack dark things. Pack cotton powder and pastels, then bring burgundy, plums and even chocolate brown, which is bold, but easier to wear than black.

10. Enjoy the new hand cream

Your hands often come in and out of the water, so you need to use moisturizers more often than other parts of your body. This is why it is very important to have a hand cream in the handbag. When you go out and need to wash your hands, you can put your palms around instead of the sink.
