12 Important Sunscreen Tips in Summer

Whether you use sunscreen all year round in the summer or don’t even need sunscreen at all, you need to know a lot to protect your skin and health over the long term. How many SPFs should we wear? 1. The application of sunscreen is a good first step. But many people do not have enough application. In fact, you should have a worthy lotion for everybody application. Degreasing means that you are not completely protected from harmful UV rays!

2. If you decide to keep enough under a parasol, you will be wrong. Research shows that they do not work well in blocking UVB radiation (causing you to burn).

3. If you sweat after applying sunscreen, please be careful. It’s easy to erupt from the body as if you were to take a bath and wash it off. It doesn’t protect you, and we don’t want it!

4. When using sunscreen, many people forget some very important places. Make sure you protect your eyelids, lips, ears, your feet, and even your scalp. There are special sunscreens you can buy that will not make your hair greasy!

5. Make sure you apply at least 15 minutes before entering the sun for optimal protection.

6. It seems obvious, but make sure to reapply every two hours. Even if your sunscreen claims it is waterproof, don’t be afraid to apply it more often if you are already in the water.

7. When you are looking for sunscreen, make sure it has at least 30 SPF protection. Then, read “Broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection”. If you want to bask directly in the sun for a long time, choose instead of 50 SPFs.

8. You want to check the ingredients and make sure it contains zinc oxide. It is very useful for blocking harmful rays but is also safe for the skin.

9. Therefore, baby sunscreen lotion is your choice. You will get coverage of the same amount of mild ingredients, plus it is usually cheaper.

10. Sunscreen lotions are always a better choice than spray. It prevents you from inhaling weird smoke and ensures that you cover more evenly.

11. Many people forget that even if they live indoors, they can be sunburned. Your home and windows don’t do the job well. It doesn’t prevent you from blocking it from harmful rays.

12. It is best to wear cosmetics that contain some SPF. But be aware that it does not give you full protection.
